The Professional series Rheem water heaters are designed with premium materials and a lengthy 6 year parts and tank warranty to ensure that this water heater will last for years to come. In addition the Professional Classic series achieves a higher First Hour Rating/First Hour Delivery (FHR/FHD) AHRI rating than the department store non-professional models. This Water heater achieves an FHR of 54 gallons delivered in the first hour of operation with an Efficiency Factor (EF) of .95 and a Uniform Efficiency Factor (UEF) of .93.
