Description
In Line Voltage Monitor ICM493 Protect Against Brownouts, Lightning, Power Outages, Startup, Shorts
The ICM493 is a single-phase line voltage monitor with surge arresters. Built in 40A Contactor. Housed in a NEMA Rated 3R enclosure for outdoor installations. UL Recognized. Installs easily between the disconnect and the condensing unit. Perfect Application for Mini-Splits or other valuable, single-phase equipment.
Protects against:
- Brownouts
- Lightning strikes
- Power outages and recoveries
- Startup of larger equipment
- Power grid faults
- Short circuits
The ICM493 has a built-in 40A contactor. It can be reset by holding for 5 seconds to clear fault memory, and 2 seconds to reset the unit.
The ICM493 is ideal for:
- Ductless Mini-splits
- Inverter compressors
- Any HVAC system where local utilities experience brown outs, outages, rolling black outs, inconsistent power
